1Strategic Research
1.1Conduct in-depth internal external researches analyses (including but not limited to market research, economic research, financial analysis, operational analysis, competitanalysis, et cetera) provide fairly in-depth level of conclusion to assist the superiin the strategic planning decision making of the senimanagement.
1.2Provide specific research supports to the Business Development & Corporate Finance teams when required in relation to specific projects topics.
1.3Develop & maintain database (consisting of internal external intelligence information) feed periodic and/ad-hoc business / market intelligence to the superior, senimanagement other relevant stakeholders in the division.
2.Strategic Planning & Execution
2.1Assist the strategic planning process of the Logistics Division by providing necessary environmental researches, offsite management, Strategy Blueprint guidance, portfolio analyses, et cetera.
2.2Assist in developing & recommending strategy outline identify key elements factors impacting the strategy setting based on the conclusion of in-depth research works.
2.3Assist in preparing the strategic plan documents (e.g. Blueprint) monit& review the strategic plan documents submitted by the Operating Units.
2.4Assist in communicating & execution of strategic initiatives relating to business performance improvements, corporate finance, business development initiatives.
3.Performance Management
3.1Develop & execute performance planning & monitoring initiatives based on the approved Strategy Blueprint.
3.2Track & monitthe performance of the implementation of the strategic initiatives provide problem analyses remedy recommendations where necessary.
4.Business Development
Assist the business development team in research, analytics, opportunities identification, as well as the monitoring following up of business development projects.
1.BachelDegree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Logistics Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting.
2.Professional qualifications such as ACCA CFA would be an added advantage
3.Minimum 3 – 4 years working experience
4.Preferably with previous exposures in various business functions (e.g. commercial, operations, corporate services, finance, strategy, et cetera) participation in business initiative projects
5.Previous experience in investment bank / management consulting will be added advantage
