Obtain customer approvals RCB customers.
Coordinate handle technical issues RCB customers.
Provide technical training consultation finternal/external customers.
Prepare support technical presentations, product literature including brochures selling sheets.
Collect information on applications used to assist in product strategy planning
Provide applications knowledge to sales department to enable them to speak sell professionally in the introduction phase of new applications
Co-operate with plant ftrial runs at China''''''''s plants.
Investigate resolve performance related product complaints
Knowledge of carbon black analysis basic process quality control.
Know of rubber application test method of rubber property.
Good communication/presentation skill
Skilled Office software operation
Bachelequivalent degree, above (Polymer Science related major)
At least 5 years'''''''' working experience;
