1 Order (3rd party and intercompany) creation /modification.
2 Order commitment and follow up within date range.
3 Order cancellation request.
4 Communicate with external customers and internal stakeholders.
5 Track prepayment term order.
6 Initiate escalations if any.
7 Initiate communications if has quality deviation and create return orders if any.
8 Manage delivery block.
9 Streamline and optimize internal process.

1.大专及以上学历
2 3年以上客服经验,食品或化工业为佳
3以客户为中心并具有团队合作意识
4善于英语沟通及办公软件的操作
5有SAP经验的 优先录用
1 College degree or above.
2 3 years+ working experience in customer service, preferably in food or chemical industry.
3 Customer oriented and teamwork player.
4 Good English communication skill and proficient in Microsoft office
5 SAP hands-on experience will be preferred.
