职责Job description
1. 向上汇报IT主管及财务总监，进行日常IT及SAP支持工作。Report to IT vsupervisor and finance director ，conduct daily IT & SAP support to Guanxian Team.
2. 在财务总监的领导下，支持各业务部门进行日常SAP业务操作。Lead by finance director and work with the Guanxian business team to process daily SAP business.
3. 就IT及SAP运行状况，每周同IT主管及财务总监沟通，然后协调全球IT总监以获得专业支持，在公司持续改进。Summary and report the status of IT & SAP to IT supervisor and finance director weekly, consult with global IT director to get support and improve continuously.
4. 负责SAP操作流程文件的管理与更新。Maintain and manage the SAP operation procedures based on the actual practice
5. 负责SAP运行中的警报处理跟踪工作，促使各部门按流程及时间要求工作。Be responsible for the alert of SAP implementation and track the result, validate the effectiveness of corrective action of each department and push to work in time line.
6. 负责对公司所有员工进行SAP流程文件的培训。Be responsible for the training of SAP for all employees
7. 负责沟通SAP客服，将问题阐述清楚以得到帮助。Be responsible for the communication with SAP customer service, tell them the question and get support timely.
8. 及时完成领导安排的临时性工作。Complete the other job being a
任职资格要求Qualification：
1. 大学专科以上, 财务及计算机软件专业，有相关经验者优先。College degree or above, study finance or computer. It’s perfect if there is working experience in IT.
2. 对SQL语言的有初步理解，并具有一定的自学能力。Understand the SQL language and be able to study self furtherly.
3．优秀的沟通协调能力，能够
就体系运行中的问题组织各部门协商探讨，找出解决方案。Good communication and cooperation with team members, good at finding the issue of the IT & SAP during implementation and organize discussion and training to find proper solution.
4．一定的领导能力， 能够带领SAP小组进行日常流程控制的改进工作。Certain leadership, support and lead the SAP team to accomplish and improve daily work.
5. 精通英语书写,能跟国外人员正常邮件沟通。Good at written English and can communicate with others via email smoothly.
6. 吃苦耐劳，乐于奉献，并能够承受工作压力。Work hard, dedicated and work under pressure.
7. 精通办公软件word、Excel、Access、PowerPoint，有很强的组织技巧及理解。Must have strong organizational skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
